If you have been placed on conditional or terminated status it is possible there were factors outside your control that have affected your work that your lecturers were unaware of. Full details regarding academic status and academic status appeals processes are contained within the assessment and student progression manual located on the curtin policies website. If you wish to request a review of the decision to terminate you from your course, you will need to set out in writing the reasons for your request and include relevant documents that support your claim. A request for review will only be accepted accompanied by the request for review coversheet.
