Even though i had no part in the whole thing, i still had to do a one page essay. These pioneers experiment with the art of rule bending, just to see what it is like to be popular. Each day, a good kid always follows his and/or her teachers rules so they can learn useful sometimes not things to use in the real world.

They also do this becuase they realize the importance of an education, unlike the normal popular kids, who don't seem to grasp the concept of 'education moola, benjimans, dough, money.' and why do i say this? it is elementry my dear watson, it is because normal kids always seem to act out of line in some way or form, ignoring the most important thing in their life. Classroom behavior also carries the responsibility of making sure that all work is completed. Or do they? but the most important thing is that a part of classrom behavior is being quiet and following the laws of the land.

If people would just simply sit there and keep their traps shut, everything would be fine. No arguments would happen, no outbursts would happen, no phine calls home, and best of all: i get my education! i can understand a few jokes here and there. Holding the door open for ladies and always showing repect to your elders helps, too. But with the way beleifs are now in this world, manners are not needed to gain power in the real world. The more rambuntious kids are watched more carefully, and they are punished with one strike.

Stickers if your good, you get a sticker, save them up to buy stuff perhaps, bigger and better rewards could be used. And maybe even have a deadline to use all stickers so some don't save up and still are reckless and be a nuisance. I believe however, that all these normal kids need is a good ol' fashion whippin'.

Just like in the old days, where teachers were school masters and a p.o.'ed teacher meant trouble. In conclusion, the human mind seems to push away all ideas that lead to boring situations. Perhaps if it was explained thouroughly to all or maybe even genetically altering a babies genes so that it will always be good when it grows up, the code of the good would become engraved in their heads and peace will reign among the human race. The purpose of the study was to determine possible differences in leadership behaviors, using the revised leadership for sport scale rlss , between male and female coaches and among different coaching levels.

The first hypothesis was that male and female coaches would respond differently to the rlss in overall leadership behaviors. The second hypothesis was that differences on the rlss would occur among coaching levels: junior high, high school, and college. The study of the role that social or external influences and social norms have on human behavior is well established in sociology and psychology, as evidenced in the assigned readings. Social influences create social pressure, which arises from one's belief about what other people expect or want them to do. Social norms are the perceived standards of acceptable attitudes and behaviors prevalent among the members of a community.

The community can be small a family or workplace , or it can be large city, state, country. External influences can lead one to conform to the group norms or obey a perceived authority figure. Conformity can be defined as changing one's behavior or beliefs to match those of other individuals or group members due to unspoken pressure social/external influences , real or imagined. Requests, or demands, from a perceived authority figure can be construed as orders and when followed can be called obedient behavior. In this paper i will explore the role that external influences play on determining human behavior, how they relate to conformity and obedience in our everyday lives, and how they can limit or expand our perceptions that affect our choice of behavior. Although most people think of themselves as individuals able to make their own choices in respect to behavior, there is often a strong tendency to conform to group patterns and expectations.

We may seek out groups with interests similar to our own, or we may find ourselves in a group where we are made to feel that we are in the minority. External group influences, either real or imagined, play a key role in determining behavior in these group situations. Both the sherif and asch experiments study the effects of group pressure on individuals and how that pressure leads them to the decision to conform to the opinions of a group.
